How is an exquisite marble slab made?

First, we need to go to the corresponding mine to mine the marble and transport the marble to the processing plant.  

After arriving at the processing factory, we choose whether to wrap the block according to the materials of different stones.

The block is put on a giant cutting machine, and it goes through about 12 hours of uninterrupted cutting to cut the corresponding thickness.

After, cut down the marble plate needs to carry out the back net and brush glue, to ensure the hardness of marble, to prevent the occurrence of fracture.

Wait for the glue to dry completely, each piece of marble slab need to be polished, the marble texture better show.

We will carry out waterproof and anti-fouling treatment of marble in accordance with the requirements of customers to prevent pathological changes in the future application of marble.

Then we cut according to the size provided by the customer. The machines we use are all the latest Bridge Combined block cutting machines, which can accurately cut the size the customer wants.
